Check if the shop you bought the nendoroid is still in the list. If it isn't. Find the receipt you got from the Nendoroid order and inquiry about the order to the shop's customer service.

We warn this because there has been a mention that this was caused because there was apparent problems with retailers causing licencing issues. Where official partners are selling Goodsmile items that were not licenced for sale in the region they're in.
